Paid extra for shipment to go air because we were told the best way to make our deadline. Shipment was still late and Wendy Wang with Yongkang Qiande Hardware Products Co., Ltd.
Would not work with us or give us credit or refund for the air shipment cost. Too many other companies to work with to be treated this way.
